Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:30pm CST will ship the same day as ordered via FedEx. We offer FedEx Ground, 2nd Day & Next Day Air options. Most FedEx Ground orders will arrive within 4 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information after your order ships.
Yes, your order will be one continuous piece, unless notifed. For example, if you order a quantity of 5 yards, you will receive one piece that is 5 yards (15 feet) long by the width of the product. Most products are 54 inches wide.
We offer 60 day returns for any of our products. Because our fabric is cut to order, there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are exchanging for a different item. We recommend requesting a free sample before ordering.
We offer an industry leading 50 year warranty that covers everything we sell. We will replace the defective material at our expense in the rare instances of unsual wear and tear.

1. Immediately remove spilled liquid or spills by gently blotting. Avoid circling and clean stains from the outside, working inward.
2. Spot clean only with a Solvent Based upholstery specific cleaner or upholstery shampoo. Test cleaning in an inconspicuous area before using. Follow the cleaning instructions on your cleaner bottle.
3. Use a professional furniture cleaning service for tougher or larger stains.

Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment to thoroughly dust and remove lint.
Promptly treat spots and stains. See cleaning instructions.
